Petrol Prices to go down by 5p within a fortnight?

Just been ready this article in the Telegraph they reckon the wholesale price of petrol has collapsed & predict that prices will dip up to 5p within a fortnight! I just hope the ongoing petrol tanker dispute won't bring on another spate of panic buying to offset this:-

The 5p drop will only remove the 5p increase we had due to the 'petrol strike panic buying'... so we're only going to be in the same position as we were originally!? =/

Yea, right. I'll bite off my right ear and stick it in the left one if they do.

Don't worry, your friendly chancellor will wipe out most of that with the 3p/litre duty rise he's planning just in time for the summer holls

It'll no doubt come in for the form of "Spend £Mega and get a 5p off per litre voucher at the till". You don't really think they'll give us a discount do you?
