    Small trailer?

Towbar fitting and trailer storage maybe an issue though. Although top boxes can be a PITA to store. Trailer is dearer but maybe a better option.

Not seen the fittings for one but genuine mini roofbars on ebay. They should be a perfect fit.

may need to go for it anyway as seem out of the eye and may be more economical
    when it says box=15kg
max payload = 45kg does that mean you can only put 30 kg on it or? thanks for help mate

trailer doesnt justify as all we need is 2 suitcases... we can put them on the spare seat beside my son, but being a long run...if he cries and get bored, mummy need to jump on that seat to comfort him :rotfl:

will look on ebay but dint see much yesterday . the ones i bought and returned ,were 170, most expensive ones , and they asked car registration in order to buy so i d thought its pretty sure ..
roof bars isnt a problem..the fitting brackets are.. this mini is bold on its roof, special attachments needed i was told today on mini forum thank you for reply anyway

not too sure about payload? you'r probably right would leave you 30kg to play with.they are a little pricey, but you could buy a towbar mounted cycle rack for 1/2 the cost and addapt it to hold 2x suitcases?
