I bought a Hauck travel system in February, through Kiddieko and recently there was a problem with the brakes. I was not happy, I thought I'd have to send the thing back, or have lengthy email conversations about it.
I sent them an online enquiry form, and I was called back within 10minutes! The man from Kiddieko said he was very, very sorry and had organised a new set of back wheels and brakes out to me straight away, from Hauck, no questions asked.
They arrived the next day :T
