Praise - Simplehuman customer services

The catch on our Simplehuman bin broke last Sunday. I emailed them late on Sunday night to ask if it was fixable and, if so, how I go about getting a replacement. They emailed me back on the Monday to say that a replacement catch was in the post and to let them know if there were any more problems. It arrived today and the bin is now as good as new.

I wish all companies were as easy to deal with and helpful as this.
