Have you ever used the Furniture Ombudsman

We are currently owners of a six months old suite which has sagged since the day after we bought it. I have been trying to get my money back as I feel I was sold a faulty suite.
As I bought the suite with my Barclaycard I tried to get my money back through them. They will not consider doing anything unless we had the suite assessed.
We paid £99 for an assessor from the Furniture Ombudsman to look at it. Although he spotted faults as he looked at the suite, the final report doesn't mention them and dismisses our complaint.
Trading Standards had agreed the suite was faulty. Anyone who see or sits on it agree the sloping towards the corner is so pronounced it is claustrophobic to sit on!
This is on a £3000 suite!
Were we wrong to use the Furniture Ombudsman?
What can we do now?
