Debt Relief Order

Options
Hi.
I have in force a Debt relief order 29 March 2012.
One of the Debts that is included in that order is a company called Fashion World (JD Williams).

I have forwarded the Debt relief Order to their Credit control as Attachments Copies.
But they are Still Harrassing me with persistant Phone calls one of which is a 0800028412 number which is SILENT when I answer.
Not long after the call They then use a 07791-07877-07875 numbers, then a call centre asks me my name address of which I repeatedly tell them that I Have a Debt Relief order in force and to Liase with their credit control and to STOP calling me'.

I have repeatedly told them time after time, and this is getting to the state of asking my Network provider VODAFONE to Block these calls.
But I am not sure they can do this,I do have a facility on my mobile (as this is my only phone) but that would block Genuine callers ie: DWP as there numbers are withheld and other Genuine callers.

They JD Williams (fashion world) have a lot of BAD write ups on line, and now I amcought up on this BULLY Boy tactic used by them.

Please can you advise me what to do.
As they JD Williams are on the verge of Pestering me in calling me Everyday in fact

Yours in anticipation.

I'm sure more experienced people will be commenting soon, but I would suggest you write to them (recorded post) with details of your debt relief order along with a strong letter saying that if they continue to harrass you they are breaking the law and that you will take as much action as possible against them.

If you don't want to do that, maybe changing your mobile number is the answer? I'm in a DRO msyelf and have had a nightmare with Halifax to the point where I actually had to read out the law to them because they stated that 'DRO's are not enforceable'! I still get 2 letters a month saying they are charging me 5.00 per day for the debt I owe, which in truth I couldn't give two hoots about. They are wasting cash on sending the letter as it just goes in a file.

Just try a remember, they can't do ANYTHING. Its in a DRO and if you send recorded proof of this (copy of your DRO papers) and print off a copy from the royal mail of who signed and when, they couldn't even attempt to take you to court. Personally, if its really stressing you out, just stop answering.

I hope it gets better soon for you x

Ive just a quick look for an email address or contact for their CEO but had no luck! I would suggest contacting your official receiver as on your dro approval documents and telling them what they are doing! They should be able to help of suggest something!

I was issued with my DRO on 22/02/12, and had my last communication from one creditor on 27/03/12, saying I was being passed to an external recovery agency.
Call them, calmly, and say you would like to advise them once again you are subject to a DRO. Ask them to check the IS website while you are on the phone. If they say they can't, make them take your DRO number, and tell them who acted for you (CCCS, CAB etc). Then say any further communication, from the date of the phone call, will be taken and reported as harrassment, and that you will be contacting the OR and IS today to advise them of your contact.
I used CCCS and they said it can take up to one month for creditors to amend their records.
Please don't worry, they can't do anything. I was a bag of nerves when I kept getting letters and phone calls.
    :-)
