We already had one of their policies but they say our details have now been removed from all future telesales campaigns, only time will tell if that is true.
I emailed as I have done previously and luckily not had a problem

I called their number yesterday and instead of being asked for the phone number, they wanted a whole load of details before checking whether the number matched an entry on their database.
Would it not be more transparent to ask for the phone number first and if that number matches their database, they could proceed to take further details?0 -
I emailed Homeserve - initially had a "we are looking into it" reply - but now have been told that my number was NOT one of those affected 0 Oh well ,worth a try!0
