Refund?

I recently bought a ticket to see Nathan Cleverly box at the Royal Albert Hall but am disappointed to see that he's now pulled out through illness :'(

The event is still going ahead, with one of the undercard fighters promoted to the main event. But there won't be a World title on the line any more.

As I'm at work I can't check the ticket to see what it says on it, i.e. whether it's billed as "World Championship boxing" but I can't help but feel a tad ripped off that I'm paying the same price for an event where the headline act isn't performing. The Royal Albert Hall's website says that no refunds are avaliable.

Do I have any options here or should i just go along and enjoy what's likely to be an entertaining night anyway?

Without knowing what was explicitly listed on the ticket/booking we can only speculate.

However (IMHO) if Nathan Cleverly is listed on the ticket/booking and he is no longer on the bill then this is a material change to the event. But check the T&Cs - they have probably covered themselves for such an eventuality.
