Egg Money Card - Cashback Query

I am lucky enough to be early in the acccounts cycle with my Egg Money card, and my March account is now available. My cashback total has been re-set to zero, but the maximum cashback of £200 'earned' in the past year has not been added to any account.
Does anyone have any experience on this front, and does cashback get credited later..... or should I perhaps expect the worst ?

Same has happened to me.(Owed around £135). I assume when they say cashback will be paid in March they allow themselves till the end of the month before crediting the account - unless anyone else has a different experience?0

Cashback for the previous year was credited to accounts on 30th March - failing in the 'March-April' statement period. That is what should be expected this time. The fact that cashback 'earned' has been zeroed is telling you that the new cashback year has just begun......under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0

Thanks for that information, Milarky..... just what I was hoping to hear.....now to find out if the transfer to Egg Savings loophole still works....0

Phew - I was getting worried too. Must be patient0

I am with Egg Money from day 1 and as Milarky says cash back due end of March. I got £49 31st March last year and expect £200 31st March this year. I have stopped spending on the card until my March statement and unless there is a change in the cash back terms I will be building up next years cash back from then.

I have just logged in to my egg money account and there was a £200 credit yesterday so looks like my 2007 cash back has been paid; statement simply says "Adjustment TC 280 -£200.00". My March statement isn't due for another week but i am arranging to switch the cash to egg savings then out to my current account to bear fruit as cold hard cash!
Happy days :T
