your the one coming here and claiming that CMC's get your more money - i want to know how they manage this?

as i have stated before on a successful claim the redress method is simple - what you paid plus 8% interest. unless a bank miscalculated this - which anyone can challenge, what did the CMC do uniquely that a normal consumer could not?

and you expect to be told on a forum how to challenge a claim because you dont know how to do it

and you expect someone to go into detail to tell you how to do it? while you give out advice

its all so simple, yet hundreds and thousands of threads re claims being rejected, and no knowledge of something that is very simple eg vanquis

i dont have details of how they challenged it
and you have admitted fair enough this is knowledge beyond your own expertise
and you have no idea about vanquis 50% offers which was a simple example i offered giving you an opportunity to show you knew anything about the subject you claim to , and offer advice on

lol - your an advert why people cant trust a forum and why people should use properly qualified professional people who do know what they are talking about
and before you suggest it , no this does not mean a cmc who does not know how to challenge a claim if offer not fair or correct

and you may call it a troll, but this isn't about me, its the subject of ppi and knowing what your talking about

which clearly you dont

for me its about the people who are due a ppi reclaim getting the correct advice

if you were genuine, this should be your own priority too

Perhaps you could impress us by giving us the correct calculation for the compensation due in the following abeit very basic scenario:

Loan and policy details:
Monthly amount of PPI policy payments (including interest) £50
Term of policy (in months) 60
Period to date (in months) 72

Just read both of your replies to each other and I am a little confused. Could you tell me how the CMC' managed to increase an offer from 5k to 12k?
