Tesco Offer

I have had my complaint against a Tesco bank loan upheld but they want to take the PPI premiums AND the interest off of my outstanding balance.

I have rang them to ask for the interest to come back to me and they have said this is a very strange request and will need a few days to look into.

Am i right in thinking i am within my rights to ask for my interest to come to me?

Have you any arrears on this loan?, if you have then they can take the redress to clear the arrears and any remaining back to you, if you have no arrears then i would ask FOS whay they can redress the loan when the PPI was money that you would not have paid in the first place had it not been sold to you.

Give FOS a ring and ask them about the interest, I assume you mean the 8%? I always though the 8% had to come to you, but I have since been told this is not always the case, FOS may help you with this question.
