Anyone suggest what kind of graphics card would fit on this motherboard?

I've got this HP proliant ML110 which we've put xp on. Now, I don't think that there's an xp compatible driver for the on-board graphics card (there's none on the motherboard website, and the display is really jerky). It took me ages to get all the software on, so I thought it might be easier to just get a basic graphics card, which is xp compatible, and slot it in. But I'm not sure which one would fit on the board, if any.

The only slot on the motherboard which looks suitable is (according to the spec sheet) a 32 bit/33mhz 3.3v pci slot. I counted 11 and 49 pins in the slot. Is this slot suitable for a graphics card? Graphics cards seem to be PCI express rather than PCI. Is it even possible to get one in this slot?

It claims to have 2 PCI Express slots(albeit only x8).

Take a look here for a solution.

The other slots sound like Mini PCI..

Indeed it does. It states 'PCI express x1 link with x8 slot'. I think I'd ignored those slots because they looked too small (5.6cm) for a graphics card. And indeed they were. Looking around it seems there's no pci mini graphics cards. And if I used one of the x8 to x16 adapters, that would make it hard for the vga port to fit in the slot at the back of the pc, wouldn't it? (though I could expand the slot, I suppose)

I don't have one of these machines, so have no idea as to how it will look after you have fitted the card.

It might not look good, but the other option is to buy a relatively expensive x8 or x4 card.
