    Not sure on the phone side, not much probelm there - my problem is with broadband service - but I dont use that 0870 number to call now, just call the geographic numbers (usually warrington) and usually 2nd line call support - they get rather annoyed because "the person that transferred you through has left no notes" - wonder why that is? :whistle:


    edit: Just read that othe site too - quite interesting - want to tell that NTL guy to search for NTL: dear cretins in google - top result - quite a funny letter (dont know if he got the result he wanted though)
    No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

    oh dear i know someone who works on second line - i could give you his work email if you want :p

    Yeah dont mess with steve he loves writing letters to companys to complain. I think he did one with strawberry chocolates in roses or something
