Well i cam accross this when a contat of mine had a little picture in his display name. I asked him what it was and it is for charity. If you have this code next to your name for your selected charity from the list. Everytime you have a conversation with someone, money is donated.
Its really simple to do,

I does only allow in United States charity's as the uk are not set up yet.
