I work 15 hrs per week and my husband works 37.5 hrs. I believe
You can claim JSA if you are actively looking for work or working fewer than 16 hours per week, but would I be entitled to this cos I have a partner. I am looking for further work at the moment. I don't pay any tax or insurance and havnt done for the past 4 years.

You can claim JSA if only to get NI credits. However, there are other ways to get NI credits without having to visit the jobcentre every 2 weeks such as setting up a small business (even just a small outfit ebay trading will do) and paying self employment NI payments or by having child benefit in your name.
