Ulster Bank Credit card

I received an application form for a credit card from Ulster Bank Limited yesterday. It's offering 0% on balance transfers for 9 months and 0% on purchases for 9 months. My present 0% card deal with Barclaycard runs out in July and this letter doesn't mention a time limit for applying. My questions are, has anyone got this card or dealt with this bank as I've asked a number of people today and no-one else seems to have received this letter of dealt with this bank and if anyone else has one can see you see a cut off date mentioned?
Many apologies if I shouldn't have started a new thread for this or if this subject is covered elsewhere. I did check and couldn't find anything covering it and I'm a bit of a posting virgin. Thank you for any help you can give.

Do you live in NI? The credit card is a good credit card - operated by Ulster's parent company RBS. FAR better than the current account. Just don't go over the 9 months as the APR is punitive. Credit limits are not fantastical though.

No I live in Glasgow. I'm hoping to pay the balance off this year and am trying not to spend on it so hopefully I won't go over the 9 months!! I'll fill it in and see how I get on. Thanks cifpower.
