Hi There,
I am looking to book our first sun holiday this week, have been collecting the tokens from the paper. Im really confused...would someone be able to gove me some advice please.
I would like to book for a Butlins park, would this be the park in the list named Bonor Regis? As I have never booked before would I still be able to book on Thursday online paying by card or would I need to send my tokens in?
Can anyone give me an idea of what I need to book extra on top of the holiday i.e park passes, entertainment passes, service charges etc.
I really appriciate ANY help anyone can give me.
Thanks in advance xx0 -

If you read back through the thread all the info you ask for is there, Bognor Regis is Butlins as is Minehead, if you click on the park link it give you the info and in this post.

were off on our usual £9.50 on in May/June but I think I might take the kids and my mum on a weekend one on this
The dates are displayed when you click on the getting started section of the website0 -
Thats great, thanks so much.
I know this is going to be a stupid question but with the Entertainment passes it states £12 pp, per break. There are 3 of us going so thats £36 for 3 nights and we will be covered...is that right? x0 -
I think you can pay for just 3 entertainment passes plus you will have to pay the service charge of 8.95 per night.
Also the sun holiday terms state you must pay for a minimum of 4 people, so even if there is only 3 of you going you will be charge for 4 from The Sun. I don't know about Butlins but Haven add a linen hire charge for bedding, you can opt out and take your own, we paid last time then didn't get any pillowcases as they had run out!

We always take our own saves a bit of cash and you know what you're getting too, it's just another way of clawing back some money out of you for your cheap holiday tbh and I try to avoid all of these little "scams" when doing one of these holidays0

I went on a Sun holiday last year in December, but hadn't received a priority code this time around. Nothing in the post so far, and no email, so phoned this number- 0844 2458099. The lady was very helpful and generated one for me instantly. Hope that helps other out too.0

I've been to Butlins 4 times with Sun holidays and never purchased the entertainment passes. I've used all the amenities and never been asked to show a pass ever. Also I booked privately and went to there winter wonderland break last December. They never issued me with passes then and told me they don't issue them anymore. Not sure if other locations such as Bognor are the same. If you don't purchase them whats the worst that can happen? You have to buy them when you get there so you have nothing to lose really.:)0 -

The entertainment passes & linen are optional..don't feel oblige to pay for these...0
