Aquis or Aqua

in Credit cards
So I have narrowed it down to the only cards me being accepted for are Aquis or Aqua. Aquis seems to be the slightly better since it requires minimum income of £4000 as opposed to none, and a slightly better interest rate, but can anyone advise on which is overall better in terms of the speed that payments are cleared and also customer care?
I have just started work part time with income of over the minimum £4000 per year, but I moved back to UK in September 2011 (not yet 1 year) and have lived at my current address for the same length of time, 7 months. Any advice also on which of the two cards I would more likely be accepted with based on that info?

Hi, I have never had a credit card before nor any loans and never been in debt etc. I am studying and working part time. I was going to apply online for a credit card with you but because I have lived at my current address for only 8 months, it asked me for my previous address. However, my previous address was abroad, but this is not listed on my credit record. I did live at my uncles address in the UK for a few months prior to living abroad and before that, as a child, my family's UK address. How should I proceed? I do not wish to fill in the online form and risk being rejected due to my previous address being abroad. Thanks in advance.0

Aquis is not a credit card...!! I doubt you'll get accepted considering you've been back in the country only 7 months ago, also you must ensure that you are registered on electoral roll.0

Aquis is definitely a credit card.
OP, My circumstances differ, but I have an Aqua card. I pay online via faster payments from my current account, and they generally clear in a couple of hours. Also, Aqua's customer service has been perfectly acceptable - I'm happy it. Having said that, I haven't had any major problems, so can't comment on the service if this were the case.
I can't speak for Aquis' service as I've never used them.0 -
Thanks for the replies. So will Aqua, Aquis OR Vanquis not accept me because I have only been back in the UK for 8 months?0
