Does anyone know the email address for Bob Diamond...CEO of Barclays?

I am getting really frustrated with this bank, they are treating people awfully and I do understand that they are genuinely flooded with complaints but so is every bank at the moment and they're managing to stick with the 8 week timescale!
I have seen in the past that people have emailed Bob so I would like to give it a try, I may get ignored I may not but it's worth a try.

Only problem is I can't seem to find the email address anywhere!

You wont get ignored on that email address. It obviously isnt his and he wont see it but it is handled by a team that will pass it on to the right section.

I agree i have always had a phonecall within a couple of days.

what makes you think your complaint should have preferential treatment over the 30,000 or so that are ahead of you?
