Hi,
I'm having problems viewing my gmail account. When I go into it, I can't scroll down the list of emails, then when I go into an email I can't scroll down in that either!
There's a message at the top of the page saying it works best with compatibility view switched off, but it wasn't on that to start with! I've tried switiching compatibility view on, just to see if it actually helps but it doesn't.
I'm viewing it on a netbook by the way.
Can anyone help?

What browser are you using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome etc.)?
Have you tried using your keyboard keys (to rule out mouse malfunction)?
It would really help if you did some screenshots of exactly what you mean too.0 -

I'm using internet explorer.
I just tried doing the same things with the arrow buttons but they wouldn't let me scroll down in emails either.
I'll try to do a screen grab. Basically when I do scroll down one or two things scroll down but they are on the background, like an ad or something. It's like there are different layers on the page and I can't scroll down in the emails. Hope that makes sense.0 -

Could be a service/server-side issue.
I would try resetting Internet Explorer settings back to default:-
Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Reset0 -
