mp4 video help needed

Hiya, can anyone help??
Me and my sister went to see westlife at butlins last November and she recorded alot of the concert on her mobile as we were told not to take our digital cameras in. Anyway when we got back she transferred the videos to her computer but they are in mp4 format, my sister hadnt had the fone long and it was the first time she had recorded video on it.
So we then tried to put it in the nero software we have to transfer to disc but it wont accept mp4 video, any ideas anybody???
