Found one on Aug 21st, might still be there if you are quick.
Alice came to a fork in the road. "Which road do I take?" she asked. "Where do you want to go?" responded the Cheshire cat. "I don't know," Alice answered. "Then," said the cat, "it doesn't matter."

Thanks so much for this, we have been thinking about going to London for a while, and we are in desperate need of a night away, I spent all last night trawling for good prices but found none. Just booked a night for the 16th August for £9.16! So happy! :j

I stayed in a EasyHotel in Berlin, they are tiny but cost next to nothing! Tune Hotels are pretty much the same...it's better than a hostel!
:) Thanks to all who post comps! :)

The sale is still on but chances of a £9 one are slim.

For what it is worth though, London hotel prices are really really high in late July for obvious reasons, but I managed to get a night here at the Tune hotel KX for £35. The cheapest that I could find in London after a thorough search.

Anyone know how strict they are on occupancy - we have 2 under 5's and we co sleep anyway - so if we had a twin room we could make do? But their terms say max 2adults 1 under 5 ? Don't really want to buy 2 rooms ( our dates our £50) - but still its looking cheaper than most hotels close by ? They have no phone number to ask and I have emailed but received no response? Thanks guys
  • The £9 Kings Cross room sale ends at midnight tonight but there are still some bargain rooms left. I've just snagged a night in January and am intending hitting the sales hard with all the money I've saved on accommodation!
