hello,
I have a problem with zentrada.de. I registered on their site as a business person (but I am not a business person) because a wanted to see what their offer to their registered members. then I payed for the first 3-month membership. After this period they send me another invoice to pay another 3-month membership, because (according to their terms and conditions) I did not cancelled the membership 7 days before ending the first period. I dont want to pay another memership.
They sent me 3 reminders and last week, another reminder was sent by their debt collecting office.
Have anybody any experience with them?
Do I have to pay another membership even if am I not a business person?
I can see many people have similar problem, but dont know how those ended up.
thnx for every help

Which i'm assuming entered you into an agreement to abide by their terms and conditions. You yourself claimed to be a business so i can't see how that is relevant or a loophole for a way out. you may have to pay the 3 months and cancel before the end of the next 3 months is up. It's hard also to read any terms and conditions as the site is not in English.

yes, I claimed myself to be a business and did not read the terms and conditions (lately I found them also in English). :(
