Multiple loans with Natwest & PPI

Having had great sucess claiming my PPI back I'm now doing my sisters. She took out a loan from Natwest in 2004 with PPI added, refinanced in 2007, then refinanced again in 2008 and from what I can work out again in 2010. Each time she has had approx £1500 worth of PPI added onto each loan. I can't work out their loan acc numbers or references so should I put in 4 seperate claims for each loan? I have sent her off to the bank to get a printout of all her past loans or at least order a copy statement for the final payment made on each loan just so I can get an account number.
Also, looking at her statements she has A LOT of unpaid DD's, bank charges, etc on almost all her credit cards so can I claim those even though a lot of the statements are missing?
All advice greatly appreciated!

I would put all loan account numbers on the one form if the reasons for mis sell are the same, you can put that each one refinanced the other and so on.
If this PPI was put on the loan and you paid this back over the term with interest, then this is Single Premium PPI and is the most upheld of all reclaims.
the CC charges I am not sure of but you could try and see what they come back with.0
