I won my appeal

I would just like to say to everyone going through the nightmare that is the ESA appeal tribunal,not to give up and fight your corner.I attended my appeal yesterday represented myself and won,I am still in shock today!.I was awarded 6 points at the ATOS assessment,and with some hard work and preperation for the appeal the judge awarded me the 15 points to put me into the WRAG.It was one of the hardest things I have had to in my life,I answered all the doctors questions honestly and just told the doctor and the judge my side of the story.
Thank you to every one on this forum who has written in to help me it really helped thank you.
To all the blaggers out there you will be caught out.
To all the genuine people who are ill do not give up you will get what is rightfully yours.
I have had this dragging over my head since the medical last June struggling with the bills and the debts mounting up each week now i can start to get my life back on track,I am now waiting for some more tests to be done next week before I have surgery on my leg and can hopefully get back on my feet again and get back to work.:j:j:j

Good to hear your news. My son is just going through an appeal and is exhausted today after spending time with an advisor yesterday going through the paperwork.

She had the report from the examination and said "I thought they'd sent someone else's paperwork. This doesn't describe you at all" so we've got a battle on our hands to get his problems recognised.
