Logo for business venture ...

I'm wanting a logo for a new business venture, but a search so far has failed to come up with what I'm wanting.
I would need to be able to download the logo to my computer in order that it can then be used on a business card and other stationery.
Ideally I would like the logo to show either a pair of cupped hands with a flame emerging from them or one cupped hand with a flame emerging from it. Either drawings of hands, or photographed hands.
Can anyone help please?
Sorry if I've posted on the wrong part of the site.

if you can't find one you need to hire a graphic designer to do you one!
and you have to think about its usability across different formats, social media website letterheads etc...
You can try and do it yourself by mixing the hands and then getting another seperate image of a flame but you will have to purchase the two images from http://www.shutterstock.com/ or another similar site.
I always design my logos with vector graphic programs such as Adobe illustrator. Vector images allow you to blow up your logo without losing quality where with images if you blow them up bigger than their original size they lose quality, they get pixelated and blurry.ewwwww what is that...0 -
Thanks for that ... there are some images on the Shutterstock site, but wish to explore this further.
It is only a one off logo, and therefore I don't really want to have to purchase a programme to design a logo, rather see something that I can download for free or pay for a one off download.
Still open to ideas.0 -
hi have you tried approaching your local web design company, they might be able to do one for you very quickly, it wouldn't take too long to do what you suggested. Just ask for some quotes, i can't see it costing to much.ewwwww what is that...0

Depending on the complexity there are many people who possess the appropriate graphics design tools and skills and would be able to create you a logo.
What you describe should be fairly easy - I don't expect you'd have to pay more than about £50 or so for that as a vector graphic logo. (Also saved in various image formats).0 -
We had to get some logo's designed.
To be completely honest in the hope of saving money we tried just about every free website, well nearly every free logo site on the net. ( there are lots )
But no matter what we did it always looked slightly home-made! In the end we paid about £90 and had them designed. They look fab and I thought the time it would have taken for us to do them it saved me money. Google graphic designers.Happiness, Health and Wealth in that order please!:A0 -
Be aware that royalty free images can come with a condition that you cannot use the image in any part of a logo.
You could take a look at something like: http://99designs.com/logo-design0
