I will only go on the provisos that we get the fastpasses (yes, I know, more ££) and that we go in the front row queues. No point me going otherwise as I don't do queuing, and the rides aren't as good unless you're on the front row.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0

Me and my OH go once a year with the free tickets from The Sun. We always ask for dates out of the summer holidays and we always spend £20 on FastTrack tickets. We generally spend the morning riding the big 5, then have lunch and a wander, then spend the afternoon on the smaller rides and attractions. Been smoke free for 4 years!! :beer:0

Check if your October half term is the same week as Staffordshire's. We went two years ago in our half term, only to find that it wasn't the same as theirs and it was really empty!0

I have been for the past 4 summers in a row but I'm not bothering this time round. It is just too expensive even with bogof vouchers and that's not including car park charges.. If they are not making a massive profit then I would like to know where all that money has gone.
Surely the time is coming where people will realise that shelling out well over a hundred pounds for a moderate sized family is a vast amount of money. If they also started to stay away then maybe just maybe AT might be forced into reducing ticket prices.0 -

Although on quite a few coasters you will get a better ride quality on the back row especialy if you like a bit of air time, and negative G.
this is because the train will acelerate as it crests the top of a hill, the front carraige accelerates over the top and the train picks up speed, by the time the rear cariage comes up and over the train will have picked up significant speed.
Depending on the design of the coaster the back carriage will pick up speed as it goes up the last bit of the hill, with a bit of a negative G kick on the crest and then enter the descent faster.0
