Help needed with dialling 0845

Hello to all

I need some help please. I need to find a way of dialling 0845 number cheapest possible. I don't have a landline so it will be used from a mobile but via a call through service as dialling direct from mobile will be expensive.
I have checked the MSE Callchecker and the cheapest option is Simplyfone and Storytelecom, both @ 2.5p per minute and are both 0843 numbers, this rate is from land line but I have tried dialling from my mobile via a call through service but the call does not connect to these 0843 numbers. But I can dial 0844 (upto 3ppm)numbers via this call through service.
So I need to know of a cheap 0844 access number which would allow me to dial 0845 number, or any other access number 07 included.

Also if someone knows the cheapest possible way to dial Ireland NGN (00353818) numbers, if they could also let me know.

Instead of paying for call twice by dialling it via two access numbers use someone like http://www.18185.co.uk/mobilerates.php who have a geographical access number you can call 0845 etc direct from.
