Reclaiming PPI when bankrupt

Hi all.
After years of struggling with credit card and loan debt, I finally decided to go for voluntary bankruptcy.
I was discharged from the bankruptcy in March 2010 after 6 months of being bankrupt.
My question is, am I entitled to claim back PPI even though I am a bankrupt?

You are entitled to complain still. However, if they agree with your complaint, they can use the money against any debt that was written off under the bankruptcy and send any surplus to the Official receiver. So, you wont see the money.
