Just a warning for anyone tempted to use the above site.....DON'T!
I arranged on Saturday for next day delivery of my son's new bed, which should have been delivered today.
I was contacted by the company I bought the bed from to say yesterday it hadn't been collected. So I rearranged the collection for today. Yet again it hasn't been collected! I took a day off work especially to wait in for the bed as it's my son's birthday on Thursday and by the looks of it he is now not going to be getting his new bed.
I am absolutely disgusted by the 'service' provided by this shoddy company. Next time I am going straight to the courier, I don't care if it costs more money! Absolutely fuming!!
Oh and also, they have 'live help' (which there are never any available agents to speak to on) and they have no phone number to contact them on, all you can do is 'submit a ticket' Which I bloody well have done!
