Firefox Contact Details

Why is it that you can not contact Firefox by email or any other means?

I want to tell them exactly what I think of their software but find I can't.

Do they not want to be contacted because too many people will be troubling them?

Firefox is open source software that is produced by hundreds of volunteers, so there's not one single person or organisation entirely responsible for development

If you want to contact the Mozilla Foundation who oversee the project then their contact details are here

If you're having issues with Firefox then you can look at their support site or file a bug report

Have you followed any of the advice given in your other thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3906037, for example to disable all your add ons, or to try another browser?

Given the millions of people worldwide who use Firefox, it can't be that bad. I use it (as well as Chrome) at work most days for testing code, and while I prefer Chrome (and use it at home), FF is a good browser.

As you didn't pay anything for FF, why are you so annoyed with it? Just move on, and install Chrome or Opera.
