Any insurance comparison sites for imported cars?

Hi all,

I have a little T reg Toyota Vitz, exactly the same as a Yaris. I am currently with Swinton and my renewal is due next month. I paid £375 TPFT last year, no convictions or points with 12 years NCB. Seems alot for my 998cc go kart !!!

Can anyone recommend any insurance companies that might be worth getting a quote from for this car.

£375 is quite low in the scheme of things. Even a 1.0l vehicle can cause a lot of expensive damage if it hits someone unfortunately.

Very true Spiderham, when you really think what it covers you for god forbid anything happens, then it is good value.

However if I can get the same or better level of cover cheaper then I will try.

Have you checked Comp prices? Sometimes some insurers will only offer Comp but their rate is cheaper than competitors' TPFT rates.

As above try fully comp quotes sometimes they can be cheaper.

Especially if you put £1000 excess in. As long as your not going to claim from your insurer for your car you will be OK.
