Mine's arrived but my shampoo bottle has broken and leaked on everything :(

One of my items leaked aswell but luckily it only leaked onto one product as the bottle lid was slightly loose. make sure all the lids on each bottle are tight because the lids were really loose in my parcel.

I'd definately contact them & let them know. I've never had to contact their customer service, but if it's as good as their products, I'm sure they'd help you! I've included the details above ;)

Thanks but I've already phoned and emailed, just waiting for a response.

I love their grapefruit shampoo so bought a full sized bottle, not sure how it happened as the box wasn't crushed or anything but it's leaked on everything - smells good though :rotfl:

If anyone's wondering about their online order status, mine still says "pending remote fulfillment" and it arrived today, so a distinctly unhelpful function there. But I don't care, it arrived in time to be a gift for my friend and she'll love it cos its gorgeous :)

Same for mine, had to double check after looking through the thread. They must have run out.

As others have said alot of the lids on my products were really loose but luckily nothing had spilled.

More than happy with the selection as a present for my mum's birthday next month, thanks again to the thread starter :T

Anyone who used to buy Burt's Bees in the past, be aware that they have changed their best products ALOT. I used to use Baby Bee Buttermilk lotion and the "new and improved" formula smells absolutely rank. The Milk and Honey lotion has changed too. Not sure why they made the changes, but they've had loads of complaints on review websites. I HATE that the baby products now contain limonene, a "known skin irritant" (wikipedia) but it is really hard to find anything these days that doesn't have it.
