I ordered on Thursday afternoon and got an email for 'order received' and details of the order but haven't had anything else yet. Like yourself i did not create an account.
Im not sure that they send despatch emails so i'll just watch for the post on Monday (todays has already been).0 -

Thanks im thinking that maybe it went into my junk and ive accidentally deleted it. Not too worried yet. Will keep an eye out on Monday but i do have the laziest postman ever so it might take a while to arrive.0 -
I had a confirmation email quite a bit later on. I ordered Thursday afternoon too, but created an account.Oh well...

but i do have the laziest postman ever
I don't know if it varies on size of order.
I can't honestly see how your postman could be to blame but maybe you were just venting/joking?0 -
I order two and they were sent by courier (DPD) and not Royal Mail.

I ordered two so maybe it will come by courier.
I was not meaning he was the reason it hadnt been delivered yet but he is an awful postman so it might not arrive on monday. He leaves recorded delivery lying outside my door, we get no mail for days on end then lots of letters at once and he regularly says we werent in when he tried to deliver packages when we were in. I said to the guy at the collection place one day that i didnt want to make a fuss but i didnt think it was fair that we had to collect baisically all our packages from the centre and he knew who i was talking about before i said where i lived. It a bit of a sore spot as you prob guessed0 -
You should complain to Royal Mail customer services. You can do it on-line or by phone.
I don't know how big these are but I suspect two bags containing 24 products is going to be too big for a normal postman to carry on foot.
We get packages delivered seperately usually from a van and not by the people that deliver letters on foot.
But if you have problems then complain and keep complaining.0 -

Thanks didnt think about doing it online0 -
Mine was delivered by the postman in a van this morning, not the postman on a push bike if that makes sense! I only ordered one box.
Very pleased with it, got the same as already reported!0 -
My two also came by DPD. I was surprised at how small the box was but it was perfectly adequate for the contents. I have just become accustomed to the wasteful packaging by Amazon, Boots, Marks etc where the size of the box bears no relation to the products inside. This was a snug fit and products completely undamaged during transit.
I had no dispatch e-mail either, just an order confirmation.0 -
Still trying to resist, are you happy with the contents? Now thanks to Tommix & Queen Bear, now Lady Westy of Woodpecker0
