Wont insure our house.

Hiya,
We have just had a ridiculously high quote for our home and contents insurance so called them up to see if we could get a better deal. They asked if any of the houses with in 50 yards had been under pined which the one next door has been. Because of this they wont insure is now. I have tried 2 other company's who have said the same. What can I do? I am totally lost. HELP please thanks x
