Hi all,
Can anyone advise me which is the better way to claim fuel on a tax return. Friend currently does claim for all van repairs, and fuel but would it be better to claim mileage?
Can anyone advise.
Thanks for reading :rotfl:

Much easier claiming mileage but with the cost of running a car/van these days you might be better off apportioning each expense instead and claiming that way. You would need receipts for everything then figure out how many miles are business and how many are personal then split the expenses according to that ratio.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
