Is Legal aid available for benefit claimant to discuss inheritance?

Thanks in advance for any helpful advice, Im new here- I am on DLA and I.S (long term sickness) am I entitled to legal aid for advice about inheritance please?

I wouldn't know the answer to this, but I know that there are many solicitirs who offer a free thirty minute appointment - it might be worth ringing round solicitors in your area to see if any are currently offering this.

although if you do get help you may have to pay it back with part of your inheritance?

Thanks peops! Still not quite answering my question though-
Im on benefits and having financial difficulties so cant afford solicitors, its useful to know about the free half hour and worth checking. Ive checked the link on gov.site-doesnt actually say which is why I came on here. The inheritance is not a certainty but comes (if it does) with a number of complexities, and im wanting to be sure that anyway that I deal with it is legal as there are so many options to consider!
