A few weeks' ago a Be Inspired leaflet fell out of a Sunday magazine that my mum was reading so she looked at it. As I am due to move into a house and need curtains we admired the curtains on the front cover which we later discovered to be Jakarta. We also fell in love with the paint on the wall but couldn't find anything similar.
I was on Facebook yesterday and liked their page so I asked the question not expecting a reply. Firstly they said that they would ask their design team and then came back with a reply telling me the paint type and colour - Dulux Colour Match Khaki Mist 5 - Matt Finish.
So thanks to Dunelm Mill for excellent customer service and answering what could seem to be quite an obscure question.:j

oh how nice!
our Dunelm mill burned down before Christmas and I am bereft !
I used to love wandering around- bought lots of odds and ends there
I can't wait for them to build another one!0 -
Last year I found some curtains in Dunelm Mill that I really liked but they were tabtop and I needed curtains with heading tape. A staff member helped me look but we couldn't find the ones I liked with the right tops.
The staff member ended up altering the tops for me by taking off the tabs and sewing on new heading tape...and she would not take a penny for it!
How's that for good customer service?:)0 -
My local Dunelm Mill donated ends of fabric to my Brownie unit - and there was such a lot! Most pieces were big enough to make large cushions, and we were only hoping for a few offcuts.
Also, our Dunelm Mill has lovely staff0
