Santander Visa Electron and Visa Debit cards

Hello,
I was recently issued with a Full visa debit card as an upgrade from my old electron in disguise, 1 day after ordering my debit card, Santander decide to place a block on my account, for no apparent reason, and tell me they cannot continue to have me bank with them, therefore closing all my accounts with them, but i still reiceved my new card so ive uploaded a picture to show both cards.
