Single full time worker on minimum wage

Are they entitled to WTC?

I have been offered a job of 39 hours a week on minimum wage. I put all the figures into the official benefits calculator website and it indicates that I may be able to get an extra £52 a week in WTC. Is this correct? It seems too good to be true thats all........

If you are working more than 30hrs a week and are on minimum wage you can claim WTC, I was on WTC last year when I was self employed, I am also single if that helps.

I would be inclined to apply for it.

Also, you need to be age 25 or over in these circumstances.
