I love them! I've come to the conclusion some guess and some don't care so I just enjoy.... I've had react burgers in the past and I refuse to take any of those again as gap burgers were just so so much better and cleaner!

Why can't you dine with someone else, that's what I want to know.... If you ordered and they timed it would be way less suspicious. How on earth are you supposed to time while someone is talking to you?

because they want world wide universal timings for comparison
there will always be people who have some one with them and may get timings wrong if distracted.
If you give a bad report on that, they store will just say you were distracted and got it wrong..,
if you are by your self they cant argue that

Timings affect managers bonuses, if they are going to loose it they will move heaven and earth to make out that you mucked up rather than their bonus be hit.

Yes I agree, they are told whether they have failed or passed. It's put up in a pin board in their staff room and if they failed they lose money. I believe there are allowances for people queuing etc so they have a target time to hit or miss. Don't know about floor shows though, whether they have targets for this or not because I can't see how that would make a difference to timings or whether they just want to please lol

If you go back over some of the messages on here there are some brill suggestions. My personal fav (and one I now use) is headphones on my phone pretending I have music on with one earphone out I record the conversation with my phone and cough in the right places LOL! I have seen so so many people in queues with headphones on
