While people accept the jobs the fees wont improve.
I've picked one up, but that is purely because I am doing another MS the same day, same time frame in the shop next door so it seems a bit of a waste not to do it.0 -

Even then i wasnt sure it was correct
I've done 2 of these. 1 was horrendous. I was in there over half an hour. The other 1 took about 3 minutes. I don't think I will ever do these again. They do expect you to ask a lot of questions and most of the staff in the banks I have done have been clueless.
One of the cheap supermarkets on RE/MF is next to another shop I am doing on Monday, but I am not even going to look at it with that appalling fee/reimbursement. I'm not that desperate. Having said that, there were 12 of these this morning and now only 4 left. Guess someone is cash strapped!0 -

There were jobs on Tern that paid quite well for an eye test.
I managed to get a reasonable fee for my first MF one, I only did it because I needed a test anyway and getting paid for it was a win/win, I wasn't signed up to Tern at that point. If you treat them as a once a year thing it's not too bad, mind those in England win bigger that us up here as we get free tests anyway.
Tern are a cut above most MSC's I've done three of the eye tests at the start of the month, a nice easy report, top quality feedback, help when I needed it and the pay is in my account this morning.
Only thing I have against those Tern jobs is they are tremendous waste when the glasses get destroyed.0 -
GFK's system is so bad. It always asks questions that it already knows the answer to and other questions that it should know aren't relevant! And the census is so annoying - asking you 100 questions for each company asking if you have account a, b, or c, rather than first asking 'do you have any accounts with company x'!
Yet compared to ABAi's system it is a dream.0 -

Do they destroy them? That's a shame. I actually quite liked my 6 pairs;)
Also, the team at Tern are lovely. Becky is an absolute doll. I think she is probably in my top 5 MS company allocators.0 -
serendipity2706 wrote: »You also have to go right through all the questions to get to the new ones too- why can't they just pinpoint the new questions?
Ah, I've just been and answered those outstanding questions, what a nightmare, almost as bad as those damn tests they insist on.0 -
Is it me, or have the MF fees gone down on almost everything? I took my children on bowling evening this week, and I know it's just a partial reimbursement but it didn't even cover their food, let alone anything else. Then they were really picky and I wrote reams and reams for them about the evening. As for the cheap supermarket visits, that doesn't even cover the cost of getting there now, unless you're within a few metres for something else.
A dream doesn't become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work0 -
