.........but I think it's Amber Arch in this case.

If there is anyone in Dewsbury, they have a nursery/kiddies centre on ESA with a fat fee. You could always call up tomorrow and try and ask for some more.......

Ahhh of course it is. Been signed up with them for ages and never taken a job

for any one seeing a bank on ims and its not your usual visit, dont book it or it will get cancelled. they shouldnt be available for all to view and book, but an email has been sent out explaining

likewise if you normally do them and have some missing - let them know exact which ones so they can get them back for you

I will second that. The sooner they go bust, the better. Hopefully they will lose all their clients who will go to other companies that can actually allocate on time. Oh and the TNS chimp needs to go too!

I will third that..... They are absolutely useless in my opinion.

After my issues with TNS the other week, they actually more than redeemed themselves over the rest of our communication about the visit, which got a bit complicated after the client ballsed up. The 2 people I was talking to knew exactly what was going on, knew what the other had told me at all times so there was no backwards and forwarding or break down of communication anywhere along the line. Really pleased with them.

(I am however well aware that this is the exception rather than the rule, but credit where credit's due :))

I don't mind if I get sacked. It used to be a really good company to work for but now it's gone down the $hitter! The number of times they email and then recall is crazy. Sure, folk make mistakes, but that many? Someone needs training and it ain't me!

And yeah, you could call me sour grapes but it's twice in a row I have not had a train visit and I flaming well live more or less next to a station and I have availablility every day! Wish the client went back to Bare, Mr Aben and Mr Choi did a sterling job with those visits a few years ago. It was run really well and they kept in touch with you unlike these jokers!

Anyway, that's my diva strop for today done.
