Next time you guys are buying alcohol from a slapper for under £2, please try one of these.......

Brothers' Pear and Strawberry Cider. It is absolutely lush, and is a penny over the reimbursement. Give it a try, Mmmmmmm!!

I remember one time I was in the Post Office, posting receipts to 'Mystery Shoppers Ltd'. The MoS said, "Eeee, are you one of them mystery shoppers then?" I told her I might be, and she then asked, "Is that when you come in, ask about driving licences and tax discs, and then buy some stamps or post a letter?"

I told her I didn't do any work for the post office so didn't have a clue. But all these different assignments we do, the staff are all obviously aware of what to look out for, and what the magic questions/signals are.

I agree with Ziggy, there should be a selection of questions to ask. It'd make it harder for them, and easier and more natural for us, and the data would be much more accurate and usable.

Too be honest DP the brief does say there will be no repercussions for staff members re the banks so I reckon they don't even get told the outcomes do you?

When you have done your first calls you don't have to complete the exercises again you can just skip it lol xx it is long winded at the start but I really enjoy them calls lol I love a DIY store lol x

Yeah, I've sped right up, I'm on a roll now... :rotfl:

Oh, and I got a big bottle of the own label luxury range fruit cider last time I did a slapper. It was properly delicious in the brief summertime we had last week. :D

Having returned, I'm still ok with my decision to do the 200 mile trip. After petrol, it worked out as just over £10/ hour. And anyway, the A82 is a fun road, and there were few caravans.
