Still annoyed at Gap for a premium mysteriously disappearing for a job I did a week ago. They haven't contacted me so I have no idea why and although I've emailed them 3 times I have received no reply.

Is there anything else I can do?

Hang fire with that MS alert, you can't accept a date for the calls as they have stuffed up the available dates.

My question for today; what should I be writing when one box asks me if the service would make me return, and the next one asks me if the service would make it likely I'd recommend the store to family & friends. Because I assume they're looking for different responses, but what is it they're looking for? Is the difference between the questions too subtle for me or am I an idiot?

This one has confused me since I started!

Need some assistance. I've had quite a few hotel experiences in 2011, but am either missing out on them or having hard luck in 2012. As an intern I am expected to travel to places to stay but hotels are expensive so can people name clients and companies via direct message, I know market force do some but not sure if they have lost some clients. Your be a great help as I sometimes have to go to some pretty remote locations and sure ms companies would like me to help them. A massive thank you.

Exams are nearly finished so I'll soon be back and active
Already picked up my first two shops for next week (granted they are both MF).
Maybe I'll try phoning some of the companies I'm yet to do any work for...
