I did a Gap burger last week that had a nice premium with it. Completed the shop, submitted my receipt and everything seemed fine until today when I logged in and I see the pay showing has reverted to the standard amount. There has been no query on my report so I'm puzzled. I've written to them pointing it out of course, but has anyone else had this? Is there any reason for this to happen - and of course - will they pay the agreed amount?

Just add the troll to your ignore list and move on, life's too short to put up with pillocks like this.0

Today, I have done mission impossible. I chose my first job for tern, the only one they agreed to assign to me as I am new to them. I saw the job under London, so I did my plan a journey search, and thought I can get there if it is within London and use my weakly travel card. I discovered it was outside London, I have to pay to get there, the funny thing is I have paid more than the fee I am getting.
That is not all, in the plan a journey print out, it says that I should get a bus, got there and I just missed the bus, and the next one after one hour, I decided to walk as the bus journey says 10 minutes so I thought it should take me 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I was still walking, I asked the locals, and some told me 15 minutes walk, and others it is a long walk. I got there after one hour and 15 minutes; I paid more than the fee, and walked forever so I do not cancel my first assignment with them.
The good thing it was a nice day, hope everyone enjoying the weekend.0 -

Proper preparation prevents poor performance...
Always, always do you homework on these assignments before you accept them.0 -

Yes I agree it was my fault for not checking the location properly before accepting it. That why, I had to do it even if it means I will be out of pocket. We live and learn0 -
