Had an interesting burger visit today.... Got the whole floorshow as usual but couple of new odd things happened, I sat by the window and a staff member went outside every 2 minutes and walked the length of the window and signage and began cleaning the smears on the windows? Lol then I visited the toilet and a mop appeared under my toilet door!! Lmao I did giggle but it was very peculiar lol.

I've just had a query on an assignment that I completed a few days ago, it has all been approved by payment, but I am a little cross about the queries that have come back. The questions are: did I leave half my sides and specifically named the sides? Did I tell the server that I had somewhere to go and was I putting on my coat - I did not have a coat, I was wearing a hoddie and as they had placed me right in the draft of the door it was cold and therefore I was putting my hoddie on to keep warm! I did leave 1 teaspoon of each of the sides but not half of them it is too expensive in them places to be leaving food. Not a happy bunny and it is making me think I will not be doing another one of them.

As has been said on here before by many. If the company want more information that you were not asked for in the report, they need to pay.

sounds to me though like they are trying to confirm which customer you were possibly by cctv.

It definitely sounds like an attempt to identify you, tell them you are not answering as you do NOT want to be identified by staff as you do not want to be prevented from doing further assignments. Get in writing it wont block you, then demand more money.
