Khyam Tents

For all you campers out there!
We had a khyam tent which we bought last year in an end of season sale, and used it for the 1st time last month. Unfortunately we were in Cornwall for a very wet August and lo and behold the tent leaked. We've had khyam tents before so were a tad surprised as they are very good quality, but I applied some sealant anyway, unfortunately this didn't work.
Rang the Khyam office when we got home and they were very apologetic, saying my particular tent was from a faulty batch and the supplier should have been in contact with me. Khyam have since exchanged my tent for the latest model, which is a much larger tent, so we've got an upgrade. The customer service was very friendly and helpful and arranged delivery of the new tent and removal of the old tent at my convenience, we were also given a choice of which tent we wanted in exchange for our old one.
Hoping to go camping this weekend!

we've had one for couple of years, and never had a problem with it. they are good and its nice to know they have good customer service.0

Update - we've tried out our new replacement tent and its wonderful, much larger than our old one but just as easy to put up, I'm well pleased. Camped in wet & windy conditions and the tent was fine, no problems at all.0
