Why is it that I have tried to view over twenty houses recently, with a view to purchase, only to find that they never existed, that they had been suddenly withdrawn or that they were "going to auction" I have wasted time and money dealing with Estate Agents recently with innacurate and often misleading details, and lost missing or just broken houses (I drove 200 miles to view a house that has been boarded up with the windows all smashed (tho the pic looked lovely Thanks Reeds Rains

Surely they just want my name on a mailing list, especially when the property I was very keen had been advertised some 19 months before by a local agent, I later discovered. They just whipped the detail from another ad and hey presto I was suckered into making another long phone call.

Maybe its some list they sell, that they are building or maybe they are earning from the call.

Anyone else been messed aroud?

...and another thing. All these companies that buy houses cheaply for cash? What percentage of the value do they pay? and where do they sell them?

No wonder there are no more cheap houses left!
