Hi. Was this loan included in your IVA ? If not the PPI company will not investigate it. Hopefully, if not in the IVA it wasn't with a creditor in the IVA now ( if you see what I mean).
However, the correct advice would be to talk this over with your IP ( this will also depend upon how helpful and sympathetic your IP is) and the likelihood is that they will extend the term to cover the lost money, rather than fail the IVA at this stage.0 -

OK -- I would imagine that there is a strong liklihood of at least the mortgage company's repayment coming to light if the PPI company investigates.
Is your IP insisting on you completing these forms or is it voluntary ?0 -
